FACILITY
We treat up to 12 persons as in patients at any given point of time.
TREATMENT
Usually treatment is given for 9 or 18 or 21 or 28 days according to the severity of the ailment, condition.
The cost varies based on the medicine consumed.
ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR BOOKING TREATMENT SLOTS
For booking a slot for treatment, you may discuss with Doctor of the available time slots and book by paying Rs.10,000/- in advance.
FACILITY

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING TERMS
Bookings would be permitted to be cancelled or rescheduled to a later date, freely any day within the 10th day from the day on which the treatment originally planned is to start.
However if bookings are cancelled or rescheduled to another day within 10 days from the date of the original date of start of treatment, then a cancellation charge of Rs.5000/- would be levied and balance refunded.
This cancellation charge is levied as a preventive measure from rescheduling the appointment, as we would not be able to schedule treatment of another patient during this period in such a short notice and have to keep idle the facility.
CONNECTIVITY
Bus facility exists from all places.
The nearest Train link is Shivamoga and Udupi.
The nearest Airport link is Mangalore (code-IXE)and Shivamoga(code-RQY)
Taxi facility can be arranged.
COMMUNICATIONS
AIRTEL , BSNL and JIO mobile phones work here .Wi-Fi Internet facility is available in the Ashram.
GENERAL INFORMATION
On arrival you shall sign an undertaking to follow the term sheet for treatment and undertaking and follow the same.
CLOTHING
Please enquire at the time of departure from your location, of the actual type of clothing to bring as this is based on the season. You are usually supposed to wear warm clothing during treatment to avoid exposure to natural elements.
*Indoor slippers, warm clothing and socks are required.
*Comfortable dress to do yoga.
FOOD
All food will be home prepared and served hot. You should not bring any outside food and consume during treatment. Non vegetarian and oily, junk food is banned during treatment and inside premises of the Ashram. Alcohol is banned and if you are found in possession of any banned item, treatment shall be stopped immediately and you will have to leave the Ashram after settling bills up to date.
*2 days previous to starting of treatment, stay with vegetarian, light and digestible food like Rice ganjjee or khichadi
HABITS
Smoking and chewing pan or using snuff etc is banned to make the treatment effective.
TIMINGS
Treatment shall be conducted in the mornings between 6 am and 9 am.
WEATHER
Koppa area is called as the Kashmir of Karnataka. The climate very salubrious and pollution free with temperatures ranging from 15 degrees to 28 degrees.

Balance amount due will have to be paid at the close of the treatment. If excess amount is remaining with us at the end of the treatment, the same would be paid back to you at the end of the treatment.
